UPDATE for 2011-2012

Soli Deo Gloria Tutorial will not meet for classes during the 2011-2012 year. We are now taking additional steps needed to secure the opening of a full-time Christian and classical school. If you are interested in talking more about Soli Deo Gloria, please contact us. We would love to talk with you.

Here is a glimpse of our year-end presentation, or click here to view the entire program.

To see some of what we covered in other subjects such as geography, poetry, Latin, and grammar, take a look at the full program.

What is a tutorial?

A tutorial is a class in which a tutor gives instruction in some subject to a student or a small group of students.

Soli Deo Gloria Classical tutorial meets four half-days each week. Our classically trained tutors teach in a small class room setting. Each child receives individual attention. Our students desire to do their best. They enjoy learning and interacting with both teachers and other students.

Classes offered at Soli Deo Gloria cover the totality of material necessary for a particular subject in a given school year. Students may have a small amount of homework assigned, but the majority of individual work is completed in class. Grades are sent home on a quarterly basis.

You’re invited to visit and ask questions. We’re sure you’ll like what you find.

Future Plans

Tuition has been set at $1800.00

Volunteer Teachers will receive partial to free tuition for their children.

Our teachers will be men and women who love Christ, who love children, who love learning themselves, and who are intrigued by and interested in learning how to teach classically.

We are looking for teachers who are available part-time and full-time.

Classes will be combined during the academic year.
Plans include a Kindergarten classroom and combination classrooms for 1st through 8th grade.
